Extra Stuff 2009 Return Policy
Your merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Prior to shipping, we require that you contact our customer service reps to inform them that you will be returning an item(s). You can contact us via email at email@example.com
To request a return, include the following in your email:
1.Your order number
2. Briefly explain the reason for the return.
If approved, we will issue you a RMA number as well as shipping instructions to return your order.
All claims for shortages, damages, defective goods or shipment errors must be made within 7 calendar days after receipt of shipment.
We will work with you to make your shopping experience a comfortable one.
Products being returned must match original sales order.
Products must be returned in adequate packaging and shipping material
Unless otherwise approved, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for any return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
Refunds for all returned items will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the return.
